Hey Gary, your thinly disguised attempt to dominate the blogsphere doesn't fool me! - but I'll have the recycled rice bag if you're passing out the goodies.

You might consider filming your next video direct from the handicraft maker's stall, so you can play on that feel good factor even more. I don't need the 10,000 dong but I'd like to feel I was doing my bit for world poverty, while helping you get your blog to the top of the ratings.

I demand dong! Seriously, sounds much better than 75c or so :D
This sounds good, Mr Arndt. I'll jump on your RSS for a communism hat, I have a friend in local government who'd love it :P

Gary, good luck with DBT Idol 2. How do you manage to travel, blog and take part in BI2? That's great, I wish I can travel to so many places. Lets see how many readers we can add to existing user base.

Where are you right now ( country, city)?
  • Gary Arndt · 1 year ago
I am currently in Saigon (aka Ho Chi Min City), Vietnam

That's a very cool and generous idea. You seem to have them a lot.

Personally, and for the other funny money fans of the world, I'd recommend world cash sets. In particular a lot of the Asian currencies will give you a wide range of coins and bills for well under a dollar's value.

I just found out I'll be getting a collection of .pt and .de Euros for a Christmas present. The total cash value is probably 10-15 USD, but I doubt I'll get any present costing less that I value more.
