wow, loved Adelaide eh? I would say of the Aus capital cities, only Canberra cops more flak. Canberra (great place to live, but I wouldn't want to visit there).

They say the best thing to come out of Adelaide is a return flight...

You'll see a lot of Brazilian Steakhouses in Europe, too. I've eaten at them in Brussles and Amsterdam.

I'm glad you like Adelaide- it was the least favorite of the cities I visited in Australia. I loved the South Australia Museum.

When you get back to the States, you'll probably have to check Fogo de Chão, a chain of Brazilian steakhouses - there's one in Minneapolis that I know Matt Gress has been to, as well as one here in Chicago that I've visited.
